What does a YinX card cost?
You can order a YinX card for FREE. The card will be sent by post. Thereafter you can decide for yourself how much you want to put on the card by means of the top up page.
Where do I find the 19-digit code?
You will find the 19-digit code on the back of the card, right at the bottom.
Where do I find my YinX access code?
The access code is found on the back of your YinX card beneath the grey scratch-off layer. This access code is made up of 6 digits.
Is it safe to pay with YinX?
Paying with YinX in a store or online is safe and easy. To pay, you only need to fill in the 19-digit card number and the 6-digit access code. Never give out these details to anyone. YinX payments are completely anonymous.
How can I pay with YinX online?
On websites that accept YinX as a payment method, you will always be asked for your 19-digit card number and your 6-digit access code. You will find both codes on the back of your YinX card. You access code is found under the grey scratch-off layer. When you have filled in these codes, the amount will be deducted from your credit.
Where can I check my balance?

How do I top up my YinX card?
Click on top up or go to one of the affiliated stores. If you want to top up a YinX card via the website you can choose between the iDEAL and credit card payment methods. The card can be topped up with an amount between € 5.00 and € 150.00.
Can others see my balance?
Only you can check your balance. The YinX staff will only check your balance when this is necessary to provide you with service. Do not share your 19-digit card number and access code with others.
Can I transfer my YinX balance?
No, it is not possible to transfer your balance to another gift card, credit card or to a bank account.
Can I transfer the amount on my video store card to my YinX card?
No, it is not possible to transfer your balance to your YinX card. We advise you to go the branch where you are a member and discuss the possibilities with the owner.
Is it possible to transfer an amount back to my YinX card after I have exchanged an item?
Yes, this is possible in stores where YinX cards are sold.
How long is a YinX card valid for?
A YinX card is always valid.
What do I do in the event of loss or theft of the YinX card?
Send us an email via contact and note the 19-digit card number of your YinX card so that we can block it.
My access code is illegible. Now what?
Send us an email with the 19-digit card number (on the back of the card) and your address details. We will send you a new card.
Is there an age limit for the use of a YinX card?
There is no age limit for ordering or using a YinX card.
